The principal surveyor and co-director is Stephen George MRICS. Stephen has enjoyed a long career in the property industry since the mid-1980s at management level in professional Residential Estate Agency and Property Development, latterly undertaking a degree through the College of Estate Management, University of Reading. Graduating with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) Building Surveying in 2009, Stephen was elected a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2011 and regularly contributes to professional forums.
Stephen has assisted with projects for GNA Surveyors (Nottingham) including work for the NET 2 tram project and is a Consultant Building Surveyor to Peter North and Partners (Brackley and Amersham), with whom collaborative work is also undertaken.
Our principal Building Surveyor regularly undertakes survey work in and around the following towns Aylesbury, Banbury, Bedford, Bicester, Brackley, Buckingham, Chipping Norton, Deddington, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Towcester, Wendover, Winslow, Woburn Sands and elsewhere by agreement, subject to prevailing workloads.
