All member firms are independent professional Chartered Surveyors who are also members of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We offer the ISVA version of the Homebuyers Survey. This is called the ISVA Homesurvey.
This a Level Two Survey Service per RICS Regulation and Guidance
A Homebuyers Survey is an intermediate level survey which we consider is generally appropriate for conventionally constructed houses up to 50 years old and when the customer does not need or want much detail. A typical inspection takes about three hours and is less comprehensive than a building survey. The report can include a market valuation, if the client needs one and the property is located within our local area.
